This isn’t just a weekend of good vibes, great activites and connection. It’s your chance to hit pause, take a breath, and finally let go of the old habits, beliefs, and head noise that keep holding you back.

With a weekend full of breakthrough breathwork, mindset sessions that actually make sense, yoga you don’t have to be flexible for, journaling that’s not boring, and ice baths that might make you put your new breathwork skills to the test, you’ll walk away with practical tools, big clarity, and a whole new energy.

You don’t have to be “spiritual” or have your life together to come. You just have to be curious, open, and maybe a little bit over your own BS.

Join us for a deeply nourishing 4-hour retreat designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign your energy and mindset. Together, we’ll explore what's working, gently release what’s not, and create space for clarity, calm, and conscious direction.

🌬 Guided Breathwork Journey – Clear emotional and energetic blockages and reconnect with your true self with a deep and meaningful breathwork session guided by Mick from 100% Breath.

Light Lunch – We will take a small break to enjoy some light refreshments

✍️ Release Letter to Self – Let go of what's weighing you down with a powerful written release practice.

💬 Sharing Circle – Connect through honest reflections in a safe, supportive environment.
